Returns and Exchanges  

Artwork purchases are fulfilled through Fine Art America. If you’re not happy with an artwork purchase, you can return the item to Fine Art America within 30 days of the order date. You will receive full refund for the entire purchase price minus shipping fees. Outgoing or return shipping charges are not refunded unless the return is due to a defect in quality. Purchases made via links to third-party suppliers such as Amazon and The Game Crafter will follow the Returns and Exchanges Policy of those companies.  

Coupon Codes

Coupon codes are valid for products in the art gallery shop and for card decks designed by me at The Game Crafter. Discounts for artwork vary because the savings is deducted from my mark-ups at Fine Art America. The discount for The Game Crafter purchases is 10% off the item price. Coupon codes can be used for repeated purchases.

Processing and Shipping

Processing times vary. Here are the estimates for how long products take to print before they are shipped.

• Artwork and accessories – 2-8 days
• Hardcover books – 2 weeks
• Card decks – 3 weeks

All products are shipped directly from the print provider. Shipping times vary depending on the printer location and the destination.
