Returns and Exchanges  

All Sales Are Final

Please carefully review your order before confirming your purchase. All sales are considered final. I do not offer refunds or exchanges for any products in the shop. Purchases made via links to third-party suppliers such as Amazon and The Game Crafter will follow the Returns and Exchanges Policy of those companies.  

Exceptions to the No Refund Policy

The only exceptions to the No Refund Policy include:

  • Defective or damaged items
  • Wrong item sent

In the case that you have received a defective or damaged item, or received a different item than the one you ordered, please notify me of the issue within 5 days of receiving the product. Please include a clear photo of the damage or error. As all products on the website are made-to-order, refunds or exchanges are provided at the discretion of the print provider.

Coupon Codes

Coupon codes are valid for products in the shop (except for books) and for card decks designed by me available for purchase at The Game Crafter. You will receive a coupon code for 10% off when you sign up for my mailing list. The code can be used for repeated purchases and has no expiry date for the customer. However, life can get busy and I may forget to update the expiry date on the back-end, so please contact me if there is an issue.

Processing and Shipping

Processing times vary. Here are the estimates for how long products take to print before they are shipped.

  • Clothing and accessories – 1 week
  • Published books – 2 weeks
  • Card decks – 3 weeks

All products are shipped directly from the print provider, either in Canada or the US (except for books to Australia). Shipping times vary depending on the printer location and the destination. Tracking information will be forwarded to your email if available.


This shop does not accept order cancellations.
